In addition to my event planning responsibilities, I am also responsible for managing the marketing strategies for Essex Event Planners. I work closely with our clients to ensure that their marketing needs are met and that their events are promoted in the most effective manner possible. This allows us to deliver a comprehensive service to our clients, ensuring that every aspect of their event is tailored to their specific needs and exceeds their expectations.

Working alongside my mother, Julie, provides invaluable support and collaboration. Together, we bring a wealth of experience, expertise, and creativity to each project, ensuring that every event is a resounding success. Our shared passion for event planning and our commitment to delivering exceptional service make us a dynamic team, and we take pride in our ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

In 2014, I underwent a life-saving surgery that brought into sharp focus the importance of health on both personal and professional life. This experience served as a turning point in my life, and it reinforced my determination to build a brighter future for myself, my family, and my friends. Driven by this realization, I continue to strive towards achieving new heights of success in my career and personal life.

As the companies event planner, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table, having owned two previous businesses, "Soul Matez 121" and "The Party Shop 121", and amassed over 21 years of experience in planning. My extensive experience in the industry allows me to create memorable and successful events that exceed my clients' expectations.

Collaborating with my son Andrew was an exciting opportunity to merge our unique experiences and create something truly special. Together, we founded Essex Event Planners, an innovative event planning company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

In addition to my vast experience in event planning, I am also a Certified Balloon Artist with qualifications from Qualtex and Joe Uddin Balloon Artistry Certification. I have completed numerous courses in balloon décor and have been creating stunning balloon arrangements for over 20 years for a variety of events in the industry.


My passion for balloon artistry allows me to bring a unique and creative touch to my clients' events, providing an unforgettable visual experience for their guests.
